patricia_2016Patricia R. (P.R.) Moss has consistently achieved outstanding results for her clients using her skill and expertise as a trial lawyer and advocate. For over 30 years, P.R. has helped thousands of people who were charged with traffic violations, misdemeanors and felonies in state and federal criminal courts inNorth Carolina.

P.R. received her JD degree at Campbell University. After graduating from Campbell, she helped establish the United States Public Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina. After a distinguished career in federal court, she became a founding partner of Brown and Moss, P.A.

P.R. concentrates her law practice in protecting her clients charged with criminal offenses in state and federal courts. Her prior experience and familiarity with the local rules and personalities give her unique ability and experience to prevent you from receiving unfair or unwarranted convictions or punishments.
